These terms govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by UMA Civil Arch Studio (“we”, “us”) through this website. By completing a purchase you agree to them.

The UMA LME Preset Pack is a set of 38 Lumion effect preset files, delivered as a Google Drive folder along with a short guide on loading them. No physical goods are shipped.

What is not included: the pack contains effect presets only. It does not include 3D models, textures, material maps, HDRI or EXR sky images, vegetation, entourage models or scene files. A valid licence for Lumion 12 or newer is required to use the presets and is not supplied by us.

A preset controls lighting, sky and colour grading. The final appearance of any render also depends on your model, materials, camera and sun position, so your output will not be identical to the examples shown on our site.

The preset count stated on this site is accurate at the time of publication. We may add presets over time; existing customers receive those additions in the same folder at no extra cost.

3. Delivery

Access is delivered digitally and immediately. On successful payment you are redirected to a confirmation page containing your Google Drive link, and our payment processor emails a receipt to the address you provide at checkout.

If you do not receive access within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact us with your payment reference and we will deliver it manually.

The licence is granted to one individual or one business entity. It is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and continues for as long as you comply with these terms.

5. Third-party content

Some assets in the pack originate from third-party sources licensed for commercial redistribution. Where a specific asset carries its own licence terms, those terms are included alongside the file in the Drive folder and take precedence for that asset.

6. Software compatibility

Lumion is a product of Act-3D B.V. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Act-3D B.V. Compatibility information on this site reflects our own testing. You are responsible for holding a valid Lumion licence.

7. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Promotional pricing is available only while displayed on the site. We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect completed orders.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

The assets are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, project delays or other indirect losses arising from use of the assets.

10. Account and access termination

We may revoke access to the Drive folder without refund if we find the link or files have been shared, resold or redistributed in breach of section 4.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [YOUR CITY], India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
